Nick woke Ace up at 5 o' clock in the morning to tell him that he is leaving early. "Hey Ace wake up I'm leaving for about a day or 2, think you can stay here all by yourself." Nick said. "Say what now, you don't trust me do ya?" Ace asked. "No I'm off, take good care of Vanessa." Nick said. "Man you care about her more than you do me." Ace said. "First of all she's not an annoying brat like well i dunno you. I gotta go just do it." Nick said. "Alright fine." Nick left and started to cross the river to where his pack was waiting for him. "Well back to sleep." Ace fell asleep. 3 hours later Ace woke up and left the den. He went down to the river because he was craving fish. Meanwhile Vanessa was practicing her healing near a couple of trees. She spotted an injured bunny and she went to heal it. By the time Ace got back to the den he had only caught 2 fish. "Hey Vanessa! It's time to eat." Ace said. "Well it's about time, what are we having." she said. "Fish." ace said then started to eat. "You only caught 2 fish! Well oh well." She said. "It's not like you can do better. If you think you're so great you're getting the food tomorrow." Ace said. He went outside to train until midnight. By the time he was done he collapsed of exhaustion. He was lucky his sister was near by. "Man you collapsed again a week ago it was falling over a hill and now you train yourself too hard. What am I gonna do with you." Vanessa said. She sighed after she got Ace home. The next morning Nick got home and saw Ace asleep and injured. "Again, what happened this time." Nick said. "He collapsed of training." Vanessa said. "Oh well." Nick said. Ace was pretending too sleep and over heard there conversation. "Man there are days you just feel like killing yourself." Ace fell asleep again. He woke up at night and snuck out. He stared at the stars again thinking about his parents.
