With the various chemicals oozing over the eastern half of Diripio there are a few areas in which contact with the chemicals will give your character a supernatural power. Each character is limited to one power, and this power must be purchased through the Diripio Market. Also, we will only allow each power to be used by one character until all powers are used. You may also post your own power for approval when making your request in the market. Please note that only characters with access to the eastern lands will have contact with these chemicals. Do not fear...you westerners will have an opportunity in the future.
Accelerated healing
Ability to heal rapidly from any injury
Con: Takes more damage in battle than a normal canine
Acid generation
Ability to generate acid, can be manifested through touch or as a spray.
Con: Will take hours to regenerate more acid
Air manipulation
Ability to control, generate, or absorb air/wind.
Con: Runs out of breath easily after using power, feelings of suffocation.
Animal mimicry
Ability to take on the abilities of certain animals.
Con: Takes a while to regain canine controls.
Deflection
Ability to deflect powers away from you and back at the attacker
Con: Still able to feel the effects of the attackers powers, but they cause no real injuries.
Dream manipulation (Reserved)
Ability to see and manipulate people's dreams.
Earth manipulation (Reserved)
Ability to control minerals.
Con: Body is rock solid while controlling minerals, unable to move - leaving them open for attack
Echolocation
Ability to determine location of items in the environment by use of reflected sound waves
Con: Becomes near deaf for a short while, screeching sounds within ears while using power.
Ecstasy (Unavailable)
Ability to inflict feelings of joy or euphoria upon another.
Con: Remains constantly in a drugged up state, reflexes are severely diminished.
Empathy (Reserved)
Ability to read or sense the emotions and/or control the emotions or feelings of others.
Con: Receives a double dose of the emotion another canine is feeling upon themselves making the feelings nearly unbearable.
Energy conversion
Ability to absorb one form of energy and convert it into another form of energy
Con: The conversion leaves the transformed energy relatively harmless.
ESP
The abilities of extra-sensory perception (ESP) and communication.
Con: Leaves the character with a painful headache directly afterwards.
Faith healing - Unavailable
Ability to diagnose and cure disease.
Con: Character is unable to heal themselves.
Fire manipulation(unavailable)
Ability to generate, control or absorb fire.
Con: Although the feeling of being burnt is greatly diminished, the character can still feel it and will feel it immensely if fire is controlled for long periods of time.
Force field generation
Ability to project with powerful fields of manipulated energy.
Con: Leaves the character blind and deaf until force field is relinquished.
Gender manipulation
Ability to change the gender of themselves and those near them temporarily.
Con: Character feels painful contractions of muscles in abdomen until manipulation is fully completed.
Illusion
Ability to trick the mind of others into thinking you are someone else.
Con: If ruse is held for more than a moment, the character will slowly also start to believe they are who they are trying to pretend to be.
Intangibility
Ability to phase through solid matter without harm.
Con: Water weight is greatly increased at all times, can easily drown.
Invisibility
Ability to render the user unseen to the naked eye.
Con: Invisibility only lasts for short periods of time.
Light manipulation
Ability to create or manipulate light.
Con: Is blinded by the light they manipulate, as if staring at the sun.
Memory manipulation
Ability to erase or enhance the memories of another.
Con: With each bit of memory that is erased or enhanced on someone else, a bit of random memory in characters own mind will experience the same effect.
Plant manipulation
Ability to control, manipulate or animate all forms of plant life.
Con: The manipulated plants die shortly after being touched by this characters power - including while still in their possession.
Power augmentation
Ability to enhance or weaken the powers of others
Con: Characters power weakens with use, leaving them completely open for attack after use.

Ability to sense or recognize supernatural powers
Psionic blast
Ability to overload another's mind to cause pain, memory loss, etc.

Ability to obtain information about a person or object.
