Feeling a bit bored while waiting to that reply on your thread? We have plenty of things to keep you entertained while keeping the site active and more appealing to new members! Below is a list of things you can find to do around Extermination to help build your character, build your OOC relationships or help the site.
Reply To Threads - Any threads that are not designated to a particular character are open for anyone to post, even if the thread is already well on a roll! This could help build your character as well as create new friendships, enemies or future loves. It's a lot easier to tell if characters would get on alright through role play rather than reading bios!
PLOT - Here on Extermination, we love plots of all shapes and sizes. Whether it be between two random members or involving the entire site. You can find threads to plot with particular characters on most of the Character Diaries boards. If you have a super idea for a site wide or pack wide plot, PM one of the admins so we can get it rolling!
Post with Predator or Prey account - Recently we implemented the prey and predator accounts where you can role play with a variety of different species that are found on the island from Deer to Wolverines. This is currently a WIP page, but you are still free to RP any of the creatures. We imagined that playing different species could significantly improve your own RP abilities. Not to mention adding some fun to the canines of Diripio.
Update your Character Diaries - We have provided each character with their own Character Diary where you can store useful information such as your characters history, posting tables, personality, plotting requests, relationships and whatever else you can think of!
Post in your personal OOC board - Another new feature we have implemented are Behind the Masks' boards. These boards are used for all OOC things that have to do with you! You don't have to include any personal information if you do not wish to. You can post photos of your own beloved pets, your own photography, writings or even just some of your favourite links or quotes.
Play some games - Another great way to waste some time while waiting for that reply. We have provided quite a few games in the Games Board but you are free to make your own.
Participate in Contests! - We always have some sort of contest going on that could be an easy way to rack up some bones! As of now, we have a pack video contest as well as an advertising contest available to participate in. You can find both on the Contest Board.
Advertise - Another great way to bring up your bone count is to advertise Extermination. Just keep a list of the sites you have advertised on and PM them to one of the administrators to receive your bone bonus! Here is our Advertisement
