Staff Positions

We are going to start looking for people to fill some staff positions. It seems all at once our numbers grew quite rapidly and it's becoming a bit difficult for Jenn and I to keep up. What we look for in staff is somebody that will be consistently active and is overall helpful. We will be assigning specific tasks to each staff member in order to be sure things run more smoothly on the administration end of the forum. We are also hoping to find people that will contribute to the staff discussions and offer us additional opinions and ideas about the topics that are brought up.

If you are interested please reply to this thread with the reason you are interested in becoming an Extermination staff member, as well as what you think you can bring to the forum that would make you stand out.

Currently Available Positions Include:

- Advertising Moderator (responsible for checking affiliates, replying to ads, placing ads for Extermination)
- Training Moderator (responsible for our Beginner's Guide section including assisting those who ask for RP help. This person must be an excellent RPer and consistant with their posting.)
- Character Moderator (responsible for updating rosters and moving accepted character bios) Two Week Trial Begins 8/14/10

I am very much interested in helping out with this forum. I love it and the generally idea and plot and Its just plain EPIC!!! <3

What could I bring to the table? Well I will make a list.

[x] I have ran Kismet since Nov. 2007 and it is still up and running. I have staff experience.
[x] I am good with coding and graphics.
[x] Though I am new to the site, I am very much interested in keeping this site up and running and active. :3
[x] I am on daily and I post as often as I can. :3
[x] I am more than willing to help out with whatever is needed.... other wise I wouldn't have replied here. :3
[x] I am a very friendly person and I try to see things from all angles before making a decision or when dealing with any type of conflict.

Im interested because I love this site and the people on it. As for what I bring to the site. Someone whose always up for an rp, loves helping people and getting things done. I'm always on...falling off a roof aside..hopefully I won't make a habit of that. I don't play the favorites game, and unfortunately I have no skill in making skins although I hope to fix that sometime in the near future. Umm...I've been co-admin of four sites, mod of two others.

I can do that. Updating Rosters, and moving accepted characters bios should be easy.

Im interested because tihs site is fun and awesome and.. I'm deffinatly going to be on here as much as possible, too. ^^ I know it's not much and all, just wanted to see if I can make it.

Wonderful We are going to do a 2 week trial for now to be sure you can keep up with the duties and posting. Once the two weeks are up the final decision will be made. If it ends up being too much for you please do feel free to let us know!
